"newroz - yeni gün - nevruz" [21.03.2005 - 04.10.2005] we are celebrating newroz - yenigün - nevruz with an art exhibition.Anadolu Kültür, Diyarbakır Art Center (DSM) and Gallery Apel from Istanbul are opening an exhibition, 'newroz - yeni gün - nevruz'' on March 20, 2005 in Diyarbakır. The sponsors of the exhibition which will be hosted by the Diyarbakir Municipality Guesthouse and DSM include the Municipality of Diyarbakır and the Heinrich Böll Foundation.The exhibition is curated by Nuran Terzioğlu from Gallery Apel, Istanbul. The video works can be viewed at the DSM space while the installations will be at the Diyarbakır Municipality Guesthouse.'newroz - yenigün - nevruz'' which is the first day of both spring and the new year for many Central Asian and Middle Eastern cultures is also the vernal equinox...
